Expert Flat Roof Crew
Our flat roof crew installs per manufacturer specifications and NRCA guidelines. TPO seams hot-air welded and probe-tested. Modified bitumen torch-applied in two plies. EPDM fully adhered with proper lap adhesive. Tapered insulation installed to create positive drainage.
Completion & Warranty
Final roof inspection with drainage verification. Warranty paperwork provided. We recommend a maintenance plan to keep your flat roof performing and your warranty valid for its full term.

About Our Gravity Flat Roofing Services
PVC membrane is the only flat roofing material that resists animal fats and chemical exposure from rooftop grease exhaust. If you own a restaurant or commercial kitchen in Gravity, PVC is the right choice. TPO and EPDM will deteriorate when exposed to kitchen grease venting.
Roof coatings can extend the life of an existing flat roof by 10-15 years for a fraction of replacement cost. Silicone coatings over TPO, EPDM, or metal work well when the existing membrane is still in decent condition. We core sample and moisture scan to make sure coating is the right call before recommending it.
